YES this is a stroller friendly race. Children under the age of 3 in a stroller do not need to register for the race. However, if you would like the child in a stroller to receive a bib and medal, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for special stroller-registration.

We love options, so we wanted to give you options too! You can pick up your bib at the bib pick-up the day before the event or on race morning.
YES, all participants will receive a finisher medal at the finish line. Kids in stroller will receive a medal only if they are registered and wearing a bib.

Yes, transfers are allowed for a $15 fee.
Here is how:
Prior to two weeks before the race, you can submit your transfer request via email to: email@example.com.
Within two weeks of the race, you can transfer your bib at packet pick up or at the event.
Please bring a signed authorization note with the following information:
– Name of person transferring their bib
– Name of person they are transferring their bib to
– Copy of ID (if transferring party is not there)
YES you can switch distance for a $10 fee plus any difference in registration fees. If you are transferring down in distance there is no refund. Please submit all transfer requests please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We get it, things happen, and in the event you are unable to make it to the event, let us know and we’ll roll your entry over to next year for $15. All requests must be received prior to 14 days before the race. Please submit your request to defer please e-mail: email@example.com.
All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE with the following exceptions ONLY:
Active duty military members who are unable to participate because they are unexpectedly deployed may request a refund less a $20 administration fee. Email your request with a copy of orders to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days prior to race day.
If you are unable to attend the race, you may transfer your bib to another participant.
Parking is free in the Rose Bowl. Note that roads to the Rose Bowl will close at 8:15 a.m.

Awesome 80s Run will take place rain or shine. However, if conditions are determined by city officials to be unsafe, the race will be rescheduled. No refunds will be made.

If you were unable to stay for your winner award, please send $15 plus your address and requested items. Items will be sent on March 15 and July 15. All items will be donated on July 30 and will no longer be available.
